2026 Annual General Meeting

The Club will provide light lunch at 1215 and before the meeting starts at 1245.  Buy your own drinks at the bar and the kitchen does espresso coffee & tea.

Please register so the Club knows how many who to cater for.

Financial members of the BMW Motorcycle Club Canberra Inc. (BMWMCC, the Club) and friends of the Club are invited to the Club's AGM starting at 1245.

No hard copies of documents will be provided (print your own copy).  The AGM supporting information includes:

• • Only financial members of the Club can nominate, second and stand for election to the Committee.  The nomination form can be downloaded, completed and returned electronically or by @mail 10 days before the AGM.
  • The President can call for nominations to vacant positions not already nominated for at the AGM.
  • General AGM (constitution related) Business.  If YOU want to raise something other than a general question at the AGM it MUST be submitted by email to the President@bmwmcc.au 14 days before the AGM to allow members to be notified.

The AGM will be held at Hotel Queanbeyan, Queanbeyan.  Need a Google Map https://maps.app.goo.gl/ixrLvG75bFSphu9s6.

Attendees will also be given a raffle ticket for the mystery door prize.  You must be at the meeting to (1) get a ticket (2) to enter the draw.  The President's decision is final.
