As a precursor to the Defence Long ride there will be a show and shine event in Blamey Square Russell Offices.  CDF will be the judge and raffle tickets for sale to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research & Men's Health.

• Best bike, one prize will be a $200 gift voucher.
