Notice of the
BMWMCCACT Incorporated
2016 Annual General Meeting

Financial members of the BMWMCCACT Inc. (the Club) and visitors are invited to the Club's AGM.  This will be preceded by a short March monthly meeting.

Only financial members of the Club can nominate and stand for election or re-election to the Club Committee and vote in the election of committee members; a nomination form is here and must be received by the Club Secretary in person or by email before the meeting.

The AGM will be held at the Canberra Irish Club.  A Google Map link is here.

Your Club will be providing light refreshments and you can order drinks from the bar at Club prices.  As a bonus, all financial members present will get one free ticket and entry in the 'free' raffle and chance to win a mystery prize.  You must be at the meeting to get a ticket and enter the draw.

The Canberra Irish Club has donated the meeting room for the Club's use.  Why not consider staying on after the AGM and enjoy the bistro and Irish Club's                                                         amenities.
