The club has arranged a 'behind the wire' visit and tour of the CSIRO Parkes Radio Telescope.

This requires an early on-time departure from the Hall lay-by to get to Parkes by lunch and tour of the telescope.  Please meet at Hall with a full tank of fuel and ready to go.  Coffee stop on the way.  A route map is here and option 2 here.

We have the remainder afternoon to explore Parkes and return via an agreed leisurely route on Sunday.
