(the Club) and visitors are invited to the Club's AGM.  This will be preceded by a short March monthly meeting.\n  The AGM supporting information includes:\n      * Agenda\n\n        * The audited BMWMCCACT 2016-17 Financial Statement is here.  Hard copies will be available at the meeting.\n\n        * You can find the 2016 AGM Minutes here.\n\n        * Committee election nomination form.\n\n  Only financial members of the Club can nominate and stand for election or re-election to the Club Committee and vote in the election of committee members.  Completed forms must be emailed or posted to the Secretary by Friday 31 March 2017.  At the Public Officer sole discretion completed nomination forms can be handed to him/her up to the start of the AGM.\n  The AGM will be held at the Canberra Irish Club and your Club will provide light refreshments at the meeting and mystery raffle prize for attendees.  You must be at the meeting to get a ticket and enter the draw.\n  The Club thanks the Canberra Irish Club for donating the meeting room for the 2017 AGM.\n
